1. Political Stability and Governance

Objectives:

• Promote political stability and good governance.

• Strengthen democratic institutions and processes.

• Ensure long-term political engagement and inclusive governance.

Actions:

• Diplomatic Engagement: Increase diplomatic efforts to support free and fair elections, encourage political reforms, and foster dialogue among political parties.

• Capacity Building: Provide training and resources to enhance the capabilities of government institutions, particularly in areas of rule of law, anti-corruption, and public administration.

• Civil Society Support: Fund and support civil society organizations that promote transparency, accountability, and citizen participation.

• Local Governance: Support decentralization efforts to empower local governments.

• Microfinance Initiatives: Support microfinance and small business development.

Implementation and Coordination
